History at a Glance

Initially established as a securities company enganged in financial services in 1989, PT MNC Investama Tbk, also known as MNC Group (the "Company"), has now transformed into a leading investment group in Indonesia.

In 1997, the Company entered a new phase as a public company by listing its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with ticker symbol BHIT. As a public company, the Company affirms its commitment to improving operational performance, services to customers and other stakeholders, with a transparant reporting and monitoring system of the Company's financial and operational performance.

Under the leadership of the founder and Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo, the Company is currently focusing on 3 (three) strategic investment, namely media, financial services, property, as well as one other complementary business that is closely related to its core business namely financial investment.

Change of Company Name

The Company was incorporated on November 2, 1989 in Surabaya, East Java, with the name PT Bhakti Investments, which was later changed to PT Bhakti Investama with ticker symbol "BHIT" listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. As a business strategic move, the Company changed its name to PT MNC Investama Tbk. The name change was approved by the shareholders through the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 2, 2016, and later, on August 23, 2013 was approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

In accordance with Article 3 of the Articles of Association, the Company's scope of activities covers the fields of industry, mining, transport, agriculture, construction (contracting), services and trade. In enganged in financial investments and focuses on 3 (three) strategic investments namely media, financial services and property.

1. Training and Development Specialist

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor's degree from any major
• At least 5-6 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have a good knowledge about all training process (TNA, Material Making, Delivery, and Evaluation)
• Preverably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or Equivalent
• Solid Analytical and Conceptual Thinking
• Excellent in English Communicatio Both Written and Oral
• Willing to be placed at MNC Tower, Kebon Sirih, Jakarta Pusat

2. Story Board Artist

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor's / SMK / D3 degree from DKV or equivalent, specialization in animation
• Min. 1 year experience as a Storyboard
• Have a good drawing skill to make Storyboard
• Have a good, positive attitude among team work

3. IT Project Maintenance

Requirements :

• Male/Female, 23-30 years old
• Candidate must posses minimum Bachelor Degree from Information System
• Min. 1 year experience as Report Developer
• Have a knowledge in PHP / Codelgniter, CSS, Javascript, UI Framework
• Also excellent in Ms. Excell,Pivot and SQL Query

4. Account Executive

Requirements :

• Conduct research on and become familiar with prospective advertisers
• Create and track persuasive communication efforts to promote advertising opportunities and overall brand, including email, phone call, letter correspondence, and face to face meeting
• Develope deep and personal relationship with advertising prospects
• Update progress with advertisers daily and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue projections
• Presentation & negotiation

5. iOS Developer

Requirements :

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsive of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottleneck and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
