Profil Indosat Ooredoo dan Sejarah Singkat
Indosat Ooredoo lengkapnya adalah PT. Indosat Tbk. atau lebih dikenal Indosat saja adalah salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa telekomunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini menawarkan jasa saluran telekomunikasi bagi pengguna telepon genggam dengan jenis prabayar maupun pasca bayar dengan 3 produknya yang terkenal yakni Matrix Ooredoo, Mentari Ooredoo dan Indosat Ooredoo, jasa lainnya yang disediakan adalah layanan komunikasi via suara untuk telepon tetap (fixed) termasuk sambungan langsung Internasional IDD (International Direct Dialling). Indosat Ooredoo juga menyediakan layanan multimedia, internet dan komunikasi data (MIDI).
Pada tahun 2011 Indosat Ooredoo menguasai 21% pangsa pasar. Pada tahun 2013 Indosat Ooredoo memiliki pelanggan sebanyak 58.5 juta pelanggan untuk pemakai telepon genggam. Pada tahun 2015 ada kenaikan jumlah pelanggan menjadi sebanyak 68.5 juta dengan presentase kenaikan kurang lebih 24.7%. Lebih tinggi dibanding pada tahun 2014 yakni sebesar 54.9 juta pelanggan.
Bulan Februari 2013 salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi Qatar yang sebelumnya bernama Qtel telah menguasai 65% saham Indosat hingga merubah namanya menjadi Ooredoo dan berencana untuk mengganti semua perusahaan miliknya dan berada dibawah kendalinya untuk dipusatkan di Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Asia Tenggara. Akhirnya pada tanggal 19 November 2015 Indosat resmi mengganti semua identitas termasuk logonya menjadi Indosat Ooredoo.
Indosat didirikan pada tahun 1967 sebagai perusahaan penanaman modal asing di Indonesia yang menyediakan layanan telekomunikasi Internasional melalui satelit Internasional. Seiring perjalanan waktu akhirnya Indosat merupakan salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi pertama yang dibeli oleh pemerintah Indonesia dengan kepemilikan saham 100%. Pada tahun 1994, Indosat menjadi perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan New York Stock Exchange, dengan perbandingan saham pemerintah Indonesia 65% dan publik 35%.
Seiring perkembangannya Indosat juga mengambil alih saham Satelindo dan SLI yang kemudian mendirikan PT. Indosat Multimedia Mobile (IM3) sebagai pelopor jaringan GPRS dan layanan multimedia. Pada tahun 2003 Indosat bergabung dengan 3 anak perusahaan yakni Satelindo, IM3 dan Bimagraha untuk membentuk operator seluler di Indonesia. Dan pada saat itulah Indosat memperolah lisensi layanan 3G dan mulai memperkenalkan 3.5 di Jakarta dan Surabaya. Kemudian Indosat juga memperoleh lisensi tambahan dari Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika serta memenangkan tender untuk lisensi WiMax yang diadakan oleh Pemerintah.
Perubahan struktur organisasi pun terus dilakukan dan ditingkatkan guna memberi pelayanan terbaik pada customernya dan akhirnya pada tahun 2012 pengguna Indosat tembus di angka 58.5 juta orang. Kemudian pada tahun 2013 Indosat mengadakan komersialisasi jaringan 3G di frekuensi 900 MHz yang dilanjutkan pada tahun berikutnya dengan meluncurkan layanan 4G di 900 MHz dengan speed hingga 42 Mbps yang menjangkau seluruh kota besar diseluruh Indonesia. Role Purpose :
PMO is responsible for managing Indosat Ooredoo's Entire CTO project portofolio. This include development and maintaining the project management model, organization, documentation reporting and follow up. The PMO function shall manage all project managers wether part of the PMO line organization or from the CTIO line organization to ensure a uniform way of managing and organizing project. The PMO shall ensure that project are delivered within scope on time and within allocated budget. Any deviation shall be reported and handled by steering group. The PMO shall ensure hand over to the line organization and deal with any non-delivered items. The PO shall also produce post project lesson learned and assesment of achieved result compared to business case and original expectation.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree, preferably with a business degree from well-known University
